Yohei Morita, Senior Manager

After graduating from a Japanese university, Yohei joined BDO Japan Sanyu, where he worked for approximately 13 years in the audit department. He has extensive experience in financial statement audits, serving a diverse range of Japanese and international companies operating in Japan. Yohei is responsible for conducting audits based on JGAAP and IFRS for listed companies in Japan. He also has experience working with IPO clients preparing to list on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

Since September 2022, he has been serving as a Senior Manager at BDO Singapore's Japan Desk, providing various professional services to Japanese companies in Singapore. Yohei is a Japanese CPA.

森田　陽平, シニアマネージャー

大学卒業後、三優監査法人に入所し、約13年間監査業務に従事。

国際展開している企業を含め、複数の日本企業に対する財務諸表監査に13年間従事しており、日本基準又は国際財務報告基準を適用している上場会社を担当していた。また、IPO監査の経験も有している。

2022年9月よりBDO Singaporeに出向中。現在は、ジャパン・デスク担当として、現地メンバーと共に、日系クライアントに監査、会計、税務等のサービスを提供している。

日本国公認会計士
