Sook Ling Wong

Sook Ling has extensive experience in Singapore and International tax advisory.  She advised her clients on various transactions involving cross border transactions, shareholding and operational restructuring, outbound and inbound investments.  Sook Ling also specialises in the mergers and acquisitions tax needs of strategic, financial and private equity clients. She has extensive experience in tax due diligence (buy-side and sell side),  acquisition structuring advice including  management and leveraged buy-outs, public to private transactions.  Sook Ling has served clients in various industries including private equity, retail, manufacturing, shipping, offshore services, telecommunications, hotelier and infrastructure sectors.  Prior to joining BDO, Sook Ling was the Tax Associate Director with a Big 4 in Singapore, where she has contributed values to her clients in various transactions.
