Willy Leow

Willy heads the BDO Risk Advisory Services Division which provides advisory services such as outsourced internal audit services, Enterprise Risk Management implementation and corporate governance reviews.

Willy started his auditing career as an external auditor in the Auditor-General’s Office and moved on to key internal audit positions in large multinationals. Prior to joining BDO to head the Risk Advisory Services Division, Willy was a Senior Manager in a Big Four Advisory practice providing similar outsourced internal audit services. Willy has over 20 years of auditing experience.

Academic/Professional Qualifications

• Willy graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University (NTU). He has also completed a MBA from NTU specialising in Management of Information Technology which he graduated with the Dean’s Honours List Award.
• Willy is a CA (Singapore), Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Information System Auditor. He also has a Certification in Risk Management Assurance.
