Terence Tay

Terence joined BDO on 1 December 2021 and has over 15 years of experience in financial statements audit.
Before joining BDO, he has accumulated more than 13 years of experience with one of the Big Four
accounting firms.

Terence’s experience includes providing auditing and assurance services to clients across various
industries, including shipping, transportation, logistics, natural resources, food and beverage, technology,
manufacturing and distribution. His clients range from local listed groups, multi-national corporations to
small and medium enterprises. He has diverse global exposure having spearheaded overseas engagements
and served clients with a global footprint across Asia, Europe, Oceania and United States of America.
