Kelvin Tan

Kelvin started his career with the Bank of New York (Mellon) in Singapore as a fund accountant for two years and moved to join a Big Four firm, where he spent 12 years with the firm. He was involved in audit and assurance engagements of both listed and private companies spanning various industries like real estate, hospitality, construction technology, commodities trading, manufacturing and shipping, just to name a few. 

He has deep experience in the audit of real estate developer clients and real estate funds with over eight years of experience in servicing the needs of well-established property developers and fast-growing private equity real estate funds. His commitment to delivering exceptional client service has led to winning five audit pursuits in three years. 

Other than providing financial audit services, he is also experienced in advising clients on business process improvements and sustainability reporting.
