Aldric How

Aldric began his career in the field of audit and assurance services. Later, he moved on to corporate finance advisory work in 2003. He has worked with professional services firms, a major investment bank, and two listed financial institutions in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Jakarta. 

His deal advisory experience includes over a decade working in the Valuation and M&A practices of ‘Big Four’ accounting firms, as Director of Capital Markets Services and as Head of ASEAN Private Equity deal origination. Aldric also served over seven years with a financial group listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, as Head of the Singapore Branch and Managing Director for the financial advisory business in ASEAN.

Over the course of his career, Aldric has worked on numerous capital market and valuation assignments, advancing and bridging interests for transactions as well as for governance requirements. He has also led many cross-border M&A processes involving multinational companies, financial sponsors and Asia-based entrepreneurs.

Aldric holds professional and regulatory qualifications, which include 

• Chartered Accountant (CA) in Singapore 
• Representative's license to advise on corporate finance from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (2023)
