Empowering the Future of Procurement: BDO Singapore and BELLS Launch Digital Procurement Diploma Programme



SINGAPORE, 26 FEBRUARY 2025 – BDO Singapore and BELLS Institute of Higher Learning are joining forces to introduce the Digital Procurement Diploma Programme—an initiative designed to equip professionals with essential procurement competencies, including procurement fundamentals, spend data analytics, negotiations, supplier & contract management and sustainable procurement. Designed to build a strong foundation in procurement, this programme empowers Singapore’s workforce with the critical knowledge and practical skills needed to navigate the complexities of modern procurement, drive strategic decision-making, and contribute to a more innovative and resilient economy.

The official signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at BDO Singapore’s office marked the launch of this partnership, with senior leaders from both organisations reaffirming their commitment to innovation, industry excellence, and professional development.

BDO Singapore is expanding its capabilities in procurement function transformation and digital advisory services. The firm has made strategic professional hires to strengthen its position and deliver expertise across procurement target operating models, spend management, analytics, eProcurement system implementation, and training. Through this programme, BDO aims to contribute meaningfully to the evolution of procurement in Singapore.
